1. order acceptance & right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us at our sole discretion.

Orders may be limited or canceled under the following conditions:

 

- Multiple orders placed by the same customer account

   + Orders using the same credit card

   + Orders sharing the same billing and/or shipping address

- If an order is changed, adjusted, or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

2. payment policy

- All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

- For orders under $100, a flat-rate $9.95 shipping fee applies (see Shipping Policy).

- By completing checkout, you authorize FamNoble (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including product cost, shipping, and applicable taxes.

- To ensure the safety of your transactions, we use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing.

- Orders flagged as suspicious or high-risk may be held for review or canceled.

- We may request additional verification, such as proof of identity or billing authorization, before fulfilling certain orders.

4. billing errors & adjustments

In the event of a billing error, FamNoble reserves the right to correct the issue by:

- Adjusting the charge to reflect the correct price

- Refunding the incorrect amount

- Canceling the affected order and notifying you by email

- If a pricing or product listing error occurs, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price.

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

- Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout.

- Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties required by their local jurisdiction.
