A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not sign for it and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@famnoble.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Q: Do you offer Threshold Delivery?
A: For select heavy items, we offer Threshold Delivery, which means your order will be brought to your porch, garage, or sheltered area.

A: No. FamNoble provides a free downloadable and printable return label.

A: Yes. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
