You may return new, unused, unassembled, and intact items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

 

The refund will be for the purchase price, minus original outbound shipping costs, and any applicable return shipping fees.

 

Items must adhere to the condition requirements listed above to qualify for a refund.

To protect yourself, please inspect all packages carefully at the time of delivery:

  • If the box or packaging appears damaged, crushed, punctured, or poorly handled, do not sign for it. Instead, refuse delivery and note the damage on the carrier’s paperwork.
  • If you sign for a damaged shipment, the product will not be eligible for a return or refund, since the carrier will no longer honor a damage claim.
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging if possible, and contact support@famnoble.com immediately for assistance.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Support Team immediately. We're happy to assist with repair, replacement, or refund, whichever is appropriate.

For freight returns, a photo of the item on its pallet may be requested to document packaging condition and protect you from damage during return shipping.

1. Submit a Return Request: Use the return form on our site to request approval along with a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Ship the Item Back: Return the item within 14 days of receiving approval. For freight returns, you may need to schedule a pallet pickup and securely package the item.

4. Refund Issued Post-Inspection: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund — less any applicable shipping and handling fees. Restocking fees may apply depending on item condition.
